一、道歉信

二、投诉信

第二段阐述两、三方面所面临的产品或服务的问题及后果：there are several aspects underlying this complaint. For one thing,......For another,......In addition,......

第三段给出具体的期望，比如退款或更换新产品：It is my sincere hope that you could give me full refund or replace it with a new one. Your kind reply to this letter at your earliest convenience would be very much appreciated.

三、推荐信

推荐信可以推荐一个人、一个地方、一本书、一部电影。在信中表明推荐的内容、原因及进一步的沟通。

第一段概括说要推荐的内容：I am writing to you to recommend .I have sufficient reasons to introduce this to you and I dare say this is the best I have ever seen.

第二段叙述推荐的东西的价值，可以从表面和深层两方面来写：This movie/book/city的主题或城市坐落于哪里。What is more, 情节吸引人、里边景色引人入胜。Finally, this movie will definitely change our attitude toward this world and the people around us. We will learn that......

四、辞职信

辞职信内容应包括简单对所在公司及领导的感谢，并表明辞职原因并表达歉意，最后再致歉并送上简单祝福。第一段首先致谢：I am grateful to be employed as 职位+时间。Thank you for your kind attention and I would appreciate the opportunity of having worked here.

第二段表明自己要辞职，列出原因，比如离家远想换到更近的位置;工作不适合自己等等。现在给大家一个例子：However, I regret having to resign from my position. The reason for changing my working plan is that I have expected the job to be interesting and challenging, which turns out to be the opposite. 五、建议信

一般就某个社会问题或个人问题给出自己的意见或建议，比如环境要改善的谏言;研究生活应该如何进行，等等。分两类建议信，一类写给机构，语言要正式严谨;而如果写给熟人，则语言可以随意一些。第一段概括写出写信的大致内容：I am writing here to provide some advice to improve......\You have asked me for my advice concerning/with regard to......

第二段详述具体的建议，可分条阐述：To begin with,......Besides,......Moreover,......

第三段总结段：I hope you will find these suggestions useful and I would be ready to discuss this matter with you to further details. I am looking forward to your reply and wish you a good work.

六、求职信

求职信内容包含简单告知求职人从何处获悉空缺职位;自我介绍阐述职位所需的而自己符合的优点;盼对方早日恢复给以面试机会。第一段：I am looking for a position in 专业 department in which I may use my training in 专业 to solve 专业 problems. I am writing the letter in purpose of applying for your recently advertised position for a staff member.

第二段表明自己符合该职位。I am sure that I am qualified for it. First, enclosed with this letter is my resume, which further details my previous academic qualifications and working experience. 关于考研作文的几个技巧

你知道多少考研考场表现来看，20分钟左右完成大作文，10分钟左右完成小作文

(这段时间的模拟训练也要控制在这个速度)，为阅读和完型让出大量宝贵的时间。写完作文之后感觉整个人的考场心态都变好了，自信心得到了提升。后面的题目也会超长发挥滴!

1、关于作文

近这段时间大家都在准备大小作文，因为作文是主观性很强，也是短时间内比较容易拿分的题型，这个新的分数增长点无疑是担当!

对于作文大家现在的问题不是不，也不是不知道怎么写，而是确实是写不出来!

为了考场上能够顺畅的答完作文，给其他题型留出更多的时间，机智如你上考场之定会已经准备好了一份自己的模板

可以很直接的说没有一位同学上考场之前是不准备模板的。

2、怎样准备模板

接下来需要考虑的问题就是自己要怎样准备模板?

花时间自己去准备;还是选择通用模板改一改用;还是选择找机构为自己定制专属模板

历年考生大致是以下三个途径：

一，自己组装，

二，用通用模板改改，

三，用定制模板(一般大小作文都帮你搞定了)

这三种方式各有利弊，而且任何形式都不可能满足或适合所有人的需求，所以大家一定要根据自己的情况：英语基础、复习进度、目标院校竞争压力等因素去选择自己的模板方式。

用通用模板改改

注意：作文要想取得，就应该极力避免自己创造句子，而应该当一个优质语料的搬运工，这样做省时，安全，有希望拿。

再来说一下范文，历来是考研作文争议大的点，到底好不好，我认为应该辩证地看待：

从背诵的角度，我不推荐背范文，甚至反对(因为范围内十几万甚至几十万人都在背差不多的作文，背诵的人太多了，很容易判成雷同卷);

从积累的角度，范文里有部分值得摘录的优质语料，是素材。

用定制模板

符合以下条件的同学推荐花钱让有实力的机构为您写作文定制模板：

1. 时间不够，其他科目压力较大。

2. 写作基础较差，即使摘录了很多语料也无法自成体系。

3. 想自己归纳作文笔记，但遇到瓶颈，希望借助外力来总结属于自己的模板。

对于以上情况的考生，一对一模板有很多优势：

1.减少复习时间，留下大部分时间，对付政治和专业课

2.可平滑套用任何话题，论证逻辑严谨，结构完整，表达地道，新颖。

3.可以节省考场的时间，给其他题型留足时间。

需要注意的是选择的重要性

现在做定制一对一作文模板的老师及机构也不少了，大家选择的时候一定要甄别，千万不要买到一份模板分区销售(这就意味着你买的模板不是真正的一对一，容易撞车)

3、保持清醒，适合的重要

对于每天捧作文书背十篇二十篇这种行为，可以，但没必要。

另外，知乎或者各种公众号上各种方法看看就好，不要沉迷其中。

方法很多，关键是找到适合自己的很难，一头扎进去，只会让你越来越焦虑。

不要光背，也不要只看方法，而是必须实战。

4、考研英语作文有三个要求

一、用词新颖度、难度和长难句的熟练应用，

二、句子表达的地道性，也就是中英文表达的差异性。

三、论点清晰，论证逻辑通顺。

关于考研作文的实用写作技巧

第一：了解写作题材

要想复习好写作，一定要先总结历年真题，弄清楚考研写作到底会考什么题材的作文。回顾近十余年来的作文考题，英语一的写作主题基本上属于以下的六大话题范围。

1.人的健康：包括心理和生理的双方面。

2.人的成长：包括面对的苦难，学会合作，和处理与其他人的关系;

3.环保：这是人类社会存在的硬件条件，包括“污染”;

4.责任：这是人类社会存在的软件条件，包括“诚信”，“以身作则”;

5.文化的好现象：值得鼓励的，比如“文化交流”，“传统文化”以及“中外文化”;

6.文化的坏现象：需要采取对策的，比如“偶像”，“网瘾”等。

第二：搜集相关资料

知道了考试题材，接下来的任务就是根据写作题材，去搜集资料了。可以看一些与题材相关的文章，整理出写作思路。然后，根据写作思路，去英文原版网站找同题材英文文章，搜集词和句子的表达方法。

第三：写作练习

资料整理好了，词句的表达也积累了一些，接下来就该正式进入写作环节了。动笔写的文章最好是有范文的题目。写完后先检查文章中是否有主谓一致、时态处理、冠词用法、名词单复数形式、单词拼写等方面的问题，然后对照范文从三个方面去研究：第一个是内容，也就是构思和原文有何区别;第二个是语言，也就是用词、用句和原文有何区别?第三个是结构，就是你的行文思路和原文有什么区别?另外，仿写练习也是提高写作的一个必不可少的环节。

第四：优美范文背诵
