We have studied in Songpu High School for several months. When I first went into the school gate and saw my new classroom and teachers I thought I would have a new start .
The school life is very busy and exciting. There are many activities in our school, Such as Sports Meeting, Science Week and Art Week and so on. We all take an active part in it . I have made many new friends and we often help and learn from each other in study.
Our teachers have taught us a lot . They not only teach us how to study but also teach us how to be a useful person in society. They tell us is a thing is worth doing, it is worth doing well and many other things. Habit is a second nature, so teachers often remind us to make a good habit.

Everybody, let me show you around my school. My school is not big, but it"s very beautiful. There is a broad road in the center of the school. In the two sides of the road, there are many green trees and beautiful flowers. In the left side of the road, there are two teaching buildings and a meeting Hall.
Around the rive, there are some flowers and trees. In spring, we can see many butterflies and other insects. We watch they dance in the flowers. They dance so beautifully. In summer, we can catch grasshoppers between the grass. We have great fun there. In the right side of the road ,there is a library and a big playground.
There are many kinds of books in the library. After lunch, we often go to the library to find some interesting books. We often read books about animals and interesting stories. We can learn a lot from the books. We do morning exercise everyday, and we like doing exercise.
In the free time, we often play football and basketball. Last month, we had a sports meeting, we were all very excided, especially when we saw the teacher"s running race.

in my opinion, the school is the place for us to study, a big classroom for “implied education” and also a platform for students to perform humanism.
the modernization of our school means magnificent buildings, modern equipments and ample schoolyard, but even the integration into them a thought—a modern concept on operating school and a distinctive school culture.
we shall fully utilize the natural environment of the school and promote “a movement of ecological culture”. by re-establishing the relation of people and the nature, we can gradually accomplish the personality shaping with a spirit of ecology. we can integrate the construction of school culture into the rich cultural essence so that every people in the school can hear birds sing, smell flowers giving forth fragrance and breathe the thick cultural flavor.
“entering a room with fragrance of orchid, we can also be sweet-smelling.” on the grassland, we paved the paths with colorful stones, which not only make walking convenient but also add human touch to the plain grasslands. on a sunny day with pleasant wind, sitting or lying on the grassland gives people much joy.
our school dotted the schoolyard with some mountain stones of various shapes, square or round and with different postures, lying or standing.
in this way we have made changes to the virescence of our school. our teachers gave each of these stones a name so that they can even “talk”. our school seems as a natural amusement park, integrating the geographical sceneries with human and ecological ones.
under the flag to carry out the education aiming at improve students in an all-round way, we have stressed the theme of sustainable development of human and nature, human and environment as well as human and society. we have laid a good foundation for the construction of our school. our school is like a stretching picture scroll and a wordless poem. i suggest that our school to develop a sound-control system made up of a series of famous melodies, thus all students can enter the classrooms and relax themselves after classes with the cheerful music.
beautiful scenery makes people feel relaxed and happy, thus it can make students study better with clear heads. a good school environment ensures the healthy growing of students.
